The Thrift Shop 
is an event organized by the Depraved Nation where many designers are showing a bit of their work. 
It began on the 9th of August and will go on for 23 days. The items there are with 50% or more off.
I visited it and could find really nice things at a friendly price. 
Many of the best shops on SL are exposing their creations, that goes from clothes and accessories to furniture and decorative stuff. And the best to my opinion, the gacha machines!! 
Many many many of them, to satisfy the gacha addicted! ^_^
