Hello Beautiful Second Life and a Happy Fourth Of July to all my fellow Americans!

So last night I finished The Womenstuff Hunt with 105 prizes to collect at 0L per item.

A hunt dedicated to only women's fashion (Accessories, Clothing, Animations & Poses, Avatar

Components, Cosmetics/Nails, Footwear, Hairs, Skins, Shapes, Tattoos.)

and with a very small fee of 50L to join the Womenstuff Group.

This hunt will be ending on July 31st. which gives you plenty of time to do it, so good luck to everyone.

Now I have to be honest with you, I really didn't go in search of all the prizes but only for the ones that

I really liked, (Via HUD). Most prizes weren't hard to locate since the clues provided were easy and fun

and others were not so much. Thankfully I got help twice from two nice ladies who noticed me struggling,

Now this new Firestorm PBR viewer which was just released late last month is driving me crazy.

I've been struggling with the lighting and WLS so much that makes me scream and want to pull out my

hair. I haven't been able to come up with good lighting for my photography despite all the YouTube

videos I have watched to help me with this problem. I guess I just have to give it time.

As for now, hurricane Beryl is making its way to reach us by late Sunday which has me

very worried. I do not only worry about our safety and our home, but I am

also worried for all my kitties outside, twelve of them, all straight that now call my

backyard their home. Two of them were just born a few days ago. ♥ I am also worried for all of

my next-door neighbor's dogs (pit bulls). He has about twenty of them in all sizes. He never seems

to be concerned with their well-being and safety and leaves them out in the open during harsh winter

days and stormy weather. So I'll be praying not only for us and our neighbors but also for all

the animals outside to find safe shelter during the hurricane. AMEN!

But where are my manners?

Yesterday Steppenwolf and I visited a beautiful location.

A Kids Safe SIM!

Description

ToddleeDoo Events is thrilled to invite everyone to the Spring Fair! Running from March 22nd

to April 8th, their Annual Easter Eggs Hunt will take place but with a new twist: this year

it will be held at a single location for a real egg hunt experience.

All are welcome, both young and old, to join in fostering unity 

in children and families community.

It was actually my Steppenwolf that suggested we go and do an Easter egg hunt

to which I happily agreed but it wasn't until we got there that we realized it was a hunt for children.

Still, we decided to stay and I am so glad we did because even though the egg prizes contained items

for children, some of those prizes can also be fun for us grown-ups. There is no need to join any group

to do the hunt and the hunt prizes are free! There are still four days left to do this hunt before it ends

on April 8th.

Hunt Description

Over 50 designers have prepared at least one egg to hunt within the fair grounds!

Attach the best-fitting easter egg basket found in this starting kit then explore the grounds to find the

eggs. For every 10 minutes you are on the sim, your basket will gain a new egg, for a total of 6 eggs.

After achieving a full basket, you will unlock the ability to fill the basket manually.

A big thank you to Eeilee Zentz for preparing this special basket for the fair. 

Keep in mind:

- Inside each uniquely textured egg is its own corresponding gift. 

- You will find all eggs within the inner curb of the park (not within booths).

- Every time an egg is collected, it will move to another position. Tricky, tricky!

- You may collect the same egg only once per day, even though it moves.

The egg will let you know if you have already found it.

- A majority of creators have posted hints of their egg contents, but some chose to keep 

the gifts a surprise!

- There is no HUD to keep track of all eggs received, due to limitations, but this will make the hunt

more interesting and life-like ❤ We recommend you check designer ads for gift hints.

The main part of this beautiful Spring location is the Spring Fair where you can find everything from

cute and beautiful clothing to toys and other children's items. I did see some very pretty dresses and

accessories that I liked for my Little Alice avatar. 

Fair Description

In each booth, you will find New and Exclusive spring-themed releases by our talented kid and family

designers. You can visit our main sponsor booths in the plaza. The majority of booths are found on the

outer perimeter street of the grounds, as well as a few booths within our garden area.

And as it always happens, I visit a location for one thing, but I always end up staying for the scenery.

This time, this location turned out to be one of the most beautiful ones I've seen. As you know,

there are only four days left to visit this year's Toddleedoo's Spring Fair and Easter Egg Hunt

so you must hurry. Just remember that it is a kids' safe zone so make sure you remove any/all

adult/sex huds and attachments before you get there. ;)

Hello Beautiful World!

You caught me armed with my "SLS Scoop n Score Pooper Scooper" that I got for free

at the Scoop N Score, SLS HG Interactive Maze Hunt.

You can say I am seriously armed and dangerous and ready to get my hands stinky dirty, literally!

But what is an abandoned wife to do when her husband has been away not one day, or two, or three?

(God, I already lost count) but to go to Second Life's underground sewers in search of treasures.

 Anyways, my Steppenwolf has been away for several days now visiting his

brothers and spending some good time with them ;) and hopefully, he'll be back by tomorrow,

OMG I can't wait!!!

Before venturing in, I had to get myself fully prepared for the challenge.

First, get familiar with the sewer's many tunnels, 

manholes, not men hoes, but I wouldn't be surprised if

you run into one or two of those as well :P) pumping stations, and so on. 

Second, equipped myself with adequate gear for the task, 

a "SLS Scoop n Score Pooper Scooper" as I mentioned before that you can grab for free 

at the landing point. Also, baby wipes just in case you get dirty.

Once, feeling both, physically and mentally prepared, I begin the task at hand.

Keep in mind that every time one of Second Life's residents flushes their toilets, all, 

and I mean ALL comes right down here. 

Hmm, just a thought, you know how they say sometimes dogs resemble their owners?

Imagine if that was also the case with poops! :O

"OHHHH, that one is mine. I can see the resemblance!" :P

I am not going to lie, at first, the smell was pretty unbearable, but after a few minutes,

I got used to it, so much that it just smelled like farts. Not mine of course, more like Steppenwolf's

because I never fart (wink wink).

Babyyyyy, don't get mad, it was just a joke!

I know you never fart either (wink wink) and I am sure that if you ever do, they'll smell like roses. ;)

Anyways, my tummy began to rumble, and heard what sounded like a very soft, 

beautiful thunder coming from behind me and...

AHHH, those damn jalapeño nachos I had last night!

30 MINUTES LATER

While I was busy at the sewer's  office (wink wink) I found a newspaper next to the toilet paper that

mentions the list of Second Life's best designers that so graciously are participating in the

hunt (Thank you designers! ❤)

and how many poops each designer contributed to the cause.

Mmm, I wonder if they also had jalapeño nachos for dinner like I did. :P

Some designers made up to 17 and 20 "office" stops, maybe those are the ones that

asked for extra jalapeño, but good for us because all their poops contain GREAT prizes.

The poops are very easy to spot, that even I was able to find.

They can be anywhere! But if you still are having a hard time finding them

I can give you a very effective clue to their locations, "Follow Your Nose!"

But we are not done yet.

As my poop adventure in the sewer continued, I had a few slips but nothing a few baby wipes 

couldn't clean. But then I began to feel very dizzy due to all the fumes I was inhaling that

I almost passed out as I fell into the stinky, dirty sewer water where I almost drowned.

Thankfully to a pair of socks that were floating next to me, I was able to hold on to and that's 

how I saved my life.

Mmm, just pretend Rose is the socks speaking and saying "Loriii, Loriiiii, there's a t-shirt Lorii..."

Oh yeah, don't forget to take a face mask! :P

I did come back from under the water,

covered in poop from head to toe but happy with all the designers' poops I had collected in my

back pocket. I was victorious! A true winner of one of the greatest poop challenges in the history of

Second Life and not a giver-upper even though I almost lost my life in the darkness of Second Life's

underworld, where all the poops come together and live there forever.

Once back home,

I knew I needed a bath, bad, but I was too tired that I went right to sleep, all comfy and safe,

on Steppenwolf's side of the bed because I miss him so much. :(

Tomorrow, he'll be back to hold me, tight and lovingly, and if he mentions any smell I'll just say...

"Baby, I think you just farted!"

Hello Beautiful World!

It was just last month that I had been thinking how nice it would be if we could actually go

trick-or-treating in Second Life and have to say those words, "trick-or-treat" in order

to get a gift. Can you just imagine if all stores would do this for their customers for Halloween?

That would really make us all feel like kids again on Halloween night you know when we felt that

all safety rules did not apply. :P

You do remember those rules from our childhood, right?

Like, don't trust strangers or accept gifts or candy from them. Always stay on the sidewalk, but on

Halloween night it was like somebody had left the gate open and all the kids would be running like

crazy goats all over the place, sidewalks, streets, highways, lawns, up-hill, down-hill, into tunnels, etc.

Ahhhh, sweet, sweet memories!

PANIC OF PUMPKIN IN OKINAWA 2022

Well, I'll be damn, my Second Life trick-or-treat dream came true!

And this is where you can go dress up in your Halloween costumes and start knocking on doors.

Basically, it is a hunt where you'll be looking for bats hanging from doors and once you knock

on these doors just say "Trick or Treat" and you'll be receiving a gift.

Just pick up a notecard with all the information about this hunt and have fun.

This event has been divided into three separate areas, Sponsor Street, Candy Town, and Pumkintown.

It is perfectly set up with booths where you can buy mostly Halloween-related items from some of

our designers. I also enjoyed taking a few pictures of some of the people there wearing their

Halloween costumes like Ms. Cherry, the witch below.

There's just so much to see and do and enjoy that I have no doubt that PANIC OF PUMPKIN IN OKINAWA 2022

will turn out to be one of the best places you visit this year for the month of October.
