-lyrics
When the leaf falls from the tree
lending on one side
and for a moment allows it to see the sun,
even if just for a moment.
And then, the wind picks it up
and lets it fall to the earth once again
lending on the other side
giving it the same opportunity
the same blessing
to feel the warmth of the day.
And wind
and leaf
together in a game of life
creating a beautiful sight.
When the raindrop falls into the puddle
announcing its presence with a ripple
sometimes so small that is barely noticeable
yet, it is there.
Then the rain stops
And no more raindrops come down
No more racing down to see which raindrop will touch first the earth below.
They are all winners.
They all have pampered the soil.
They all have completed their job.
Hello Beautiful World!
These are some of the small, yet beautiful things in life.
These are some of the things I think about when I lay my head down on my pillow at night.
Everything has a purpose in life, even the small things.
Sometimes the purpose may be something so big
but other times, the purpose may simply be to create for a moment
something beautiful for our eyes to see.
Something that will remind us that there's beauty all around us.
Even on the dryest ground or deserted land.
There is always something,
always...
Much Love,
Lori Novo
