Muscled By Hope And Determination

The other day while doing the Womenstuff Hunt I came upon this beautiful spot behind 

Rubedo Mainstore which I fell in love with. It is like a small secret garden with a small pond and

two cute bunnies that will keep you company while you visit. It is very inviting and cozy and perfect

to enjoy on your own or with your loved one since the ground pillows there also have couple's poses.

I had the landmark saved and today I went back to spend some time relaxing while listening to my

Pandora radio when suddenly, one of my favorite songs by Julia Michaels started playing.

Of course, I couldn't resist kicking my shoes off and getting in the pond to dance...

I danced and danced hoping nobody was watching.

I love my life because I do what makes me happy. I can find immense joy in the solitude of

dancing barefooted in the water, standing still with my arms stretched out and with my head up

to the rain, climbing a tree, or simply sitting on the edge of a mountain to watch the clouds pass me by.

I have done all these in real life and now I get to do them even more in my Second Life. ;)

Lucky is what I am, and so blessed.

I get to wake up every day and choose to be happy despite the problems and the pain.

Focus on the good and be thankful rather than complain and feel like a weak victim.

Today, I chose to be happy, a superwoman with the power and strength to keep my head up

and my faith even higher. Muscled by hope and determination.

And tomorrow, I get to do it all over again! What greater joy can there be than to live a life of

positivity and thankfulness. Amen to that! ♥

Now, let's move on to my earrings, yes, you heard me right, my earrings. :P

Why Do You Hurt Me So Bad?

Oh, these achy-breaky hearts of ours.

Why does it have to be the heart the organ we love with.

Maybe if we loved with the liver instead of the heart breakups would hurt less.

What about the kidneys or the bladder, those could work too.

How about loving with other parts of the body like a finger or an arm, a leg or a foot.

It is when the brain and the heart collide that the real problem begins.

But we all know that the brain is ALWAYS right, whether we like it or not.

Heart: OMG I love him so much!

Brain: Fool, he's cheating on you, duh!

Heart: Yes I know, but it's just with one girl and she's not even pretty.

To be honest, I think those two (Heart & Brain) should stay out of our love business and let us live 

our lives however the way we want to. As for me, from this point on, I am gonna start loving

my Steppenwolf with my liver instead of my heart, unless he prefers the ovaries.

Funny Sweet Song I Love You

Trying to keep a serious face...

Oh lord, I originally had selected the song Love Is A Battlefield by Pat Benatar for this blog post

because it was the inspiration for these pictures. I was also planning to write a serious post about

love and the pain that comes with it. But at some point during my first sentence, it just took a

totally different direction and there was nothing I could do to stop it.

Now, we find ourselves at a point of no return and we are too far gone to try and go back.

The only solution I can think of is that you imagine me dressed as a pink unicorn in these pictures

so this doesn't feel too weird. And since we can officially declare this blog post a total disaster,

I might as well just continue till the end. So here you have two more beautiful love songs
