Miss Giant

Miss Giant
(Noticed my friend Kolton alone on the Tai Chi circle while I went up to take a look at the giant's face)

So Miss Giant decides to pay a visit to our beautiful Tempura Island on Sunday evening causing total chaos among the people present at the time. There was actually a mixture of emotions, although some found it funny and entertaining, others were upset by the presence of the gigantic lady.

My friend Kolton Nova and I were the only ones at Tai Chi when Miss Giant arrived. At first I didn't know what to make of it. I wasn't sure what was I looking at, but once she took a couple of steps, I then realized that this was Tempura's biggest visitor ever.

I have to admit it thought, at first I was in a "WOW!" state finding it a bit interesting. But soon that changed once our special visitor decided to stop having her right leg covering 75% of our Tai Chi circle and trapping Kolton and me in her brownish flesh.
(I am what looks like a white fly by the giant's nose)

Upset and wanting to give this lady a piece of my mind,  I flew all the way up till I came face to face with her.  She stood there looking at me as I tried to explain to her that even though we are always glad to get diversity in the visitors that attend our Tempura everyday, which is what makes Second Life so beautiful and interesting, there are still some rules we must all go by and respect. I let her know how she was scaring and upsetting so many and that it was probably a good idea if she returned to where she came from.

I guess my words didn't reach her ears because once I flew back down and took my place again in the Tai Chi circle, our friend decided to dance :O  Minutes later our visitor  vanished just like she had appeared among us.

Her visit reminded me of the Irish writer Jonathan Swift's 1735 novel Gulliver's Travels.
