So here we have JAPONICA behind the scenes.

This is a part of this beautiful event that can only be seen if you venture outside the event's grounds.

This particular area is located behind the left-side booths as you enter the event.

It is a group of small different "backgrounds" put together by our designers.

There are poses available with each box or you can use your own.

They are beautifully perfect for pictures as you can see. ;)

I have decided that for this blog post, I will be giving away a kimono like mine, in any color-choice

to one winner randomly selected on July 19th at 12p.m. SLT.

Hello, and a very happy day to all!

I come to you from one of my favorite events in Second Life.

This is

This round opened on June 30th and will end on July 21st.

Still there's enough time left to visit if you haven't done yet and enjoy the colorful beauty of the place.

I picked up a thing or two from this round during my visit, the beautiful kimono I am wearing which was my

favorite thing from this round, [SHIFUKU] Daru Yukata F 2024 - 01.

I have covered this beautiful event in the past [Japonica Day & Night] which I enjoyed doing so much

because of how beautiful I always find it. Everything from the decor to the amazing exclusives that our

Second Life designers create for us, to the beautiful people that I run into while I am there.

However, on this occasion, I restrained myself from photographing real people and focused on the

fake ones which was truly very hard for me to do since I love capturing the beauty of people with my

camera. Maybe next time. ;)

More than just a place for shopping, Japonica is a place to enjoy and have fun with friends or on our own.

It is a place that inspires every photographer because of all the beautiful vivid colors all around.

The beauty of the place is equally appreciated both at night and in the daytime.

But there is always more to explore and discover as I always say and that is what is behind the scenes,

just like in the movies.

Japonica Day & Night

Hello Beautiful World!

Japonica has to be one of the most beautiful Second Life events I enjoy visiting. This beautiful event

opened in 2015 after the Kimono Market ended. Its goal was to keep providing the Japanese

community not only kimonos but other things as well, like accessories, poses, furniture, etc.

On this occasion, I visited Japonica twice to experience in both, day and night. Night was best for me

because of all the lights shining so bright. Not only that, I was listening to beautiful Japanese music on

Youtube while I was there and it just elevated my experience to the max making me feel as if I was

really in some part of Japan.

I have to say though when I visit shopping events I rarely buy anything. I usually go just

to see what's new out there just to keep up with the new trends. However, this time I fell in love

with the beautiful kimono that I am wearing from *:..Silvery K..:* that I just had to get it.

My favorite thing from this particular event, besides how it is always so wonderfully decorated, it's

the people that visit it. I find the Japanese community absolutely beautiful, especially their attire.

If I must say, on this occasion, it was crybebe77 who took my first place for my favorite look.

She looked stunning in her beautiful kimono that I now regret not asking her where she got it from.

I loved her look from head to toes.

Below is my second place for favorite looking. This time it was Honor, a beautiful child avatar

that took that place. She looked lovely in her perfectly color-coordinated attire.

It was during my day visit that I took the time to photograph this beautiful Japanese community.

I not only had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people but also ran into people that I already

knew like Alfredjames, GABRIEL'S Officer.

It is the beautiful people that I see and meet during my outings that make my Second Life journey 

so beautiful and wonderful. I love seeing people and talking to them and I love taking their pictures

and adding them to my blog. They all are my superstars, my beautiful jewels that with their presence

enriched my blog by the thousands.
