Dear Second Life,
Still trying to log into Second Life on Lori Novo and still failing in every attempt.
To be honest with you, I miss my Novo avatar so much, especially her HUGE inventory.
I love my Romo avatar too but her inventory is almost at zero compared to Novo's.
On this account, I am honestly starting from scratch. At the moment I am limited to a small number of
hairs and skins, and my jewelry folder... empty!
I miss my Chop Zuey, Finesmith, and Lazuri jewels. My Mea Culpa and Utopia gowns and not to
mention all the other collections of many other wonderful SL designers, truly a small fortune
I invested over the years in Lori Novo.
If it wasn't for my wonderful sponsors and the help of my SL sister Valkiria Fox,
I would be limited to one skin and about 5 hairs and a few outfits from three years ago.
Building Romo up to the level of Novo will take time but I'll get her there someday.
My sister believes that "Romo will be someday as brilliant as Lori was!"
... those are her own words, and I agree with her with the only difference, that Romo will be shining
with her own light ;)
By now you may have noticed on the credits at the end of each post, items that I am wearing
that I find for free or at L$1. That is something I intend to do from now on, feature at least one great
item that everyone can afford in each post, so be sure to check out my credits at the bottom of each
article.
It is not good to limit ourselves to only wear only those expensive and exclusive designs.
Group Gifts, Dollarbies, Freebies, Cheapies, MM Boards, Lucky Letter Boards, and Camp Chairs
are just a few ways of how I started my Second Life, feeling truly excited each time I received
a great item this way. So, I am going back to the root and starting to introduce something
that everyone can afford, especially my new, to Second Life readers in each post.
I had a blog for Lori Novo's inventory and now I am starting to create one for Romo.
I have always liked to keep track of what is in there. Here you can take a peek at what Romo has so far
in hair and skins. Tonight I plan to work on my shoe folder, that by the way, thanks to Corina Wonder
from COSMOPOLITAN SALEROOM, I have beautiful shoes to wear, otherwise
I would be walking barefoot which I love to do, but I still need to wear shoes for my posts ;)
By the way,
I have a new baby. My family and I adopted a beautiful kitten after we saw her fall from a tree.
Seems either the mom abandoned her, which I doubt or it just got lost. From what I know
this kitten had been wandering in the block for three days, alone and crying.
She is very tiny, probably a month old, maybe two, and very skinny.
Now we have her in our home, making sure she is eating and getting stronger.
She is very loving and playful, a real bundle of cuteness, cuddles, and love.
Hugs Everyone and keep smiling because life is beautiful but most importantly...
