Been there, done that, and it feels terrible!!!
Yes, I am talking about getting my toes stepped on while I dance.
NOOO sillies,
I am talking about being a newbie in Second Life.
We all have gone through the humiliation of being immediately
spotted for our peculiar looks and clumsy behavior
when we first enter the wonderful world of Second Life.
And let's not forget the fashionable clothes that are given to us
as our first outfit.... trendy, right?
I don't think so!
Now, do you really believe that my AVI has always looked this good?
Not at all, we all go through that period of ugliness
and gradually work our way up to a better-looking Avatar
as time passes.
Actually this morning I performed a "Female Test" on my Avi
as someone recommended I should do,
and the memories of how I originally looked made me laugh.
Now on the clothing, I had two choices,
The outfit I was born into second life was The Biker Chick
and my spare was this beautiful mauve "Test" dress,
Great choices right?
Fortunately for me, my good friend Catero Revolution
was already waiting for me with a wonderful shape
he had made especially for me and after I put it on,
off we went to buy the hair, skin, shoes, clothes, eyes.... well you get it!
Thanks to him I was transformed into how I look now.
I was like the Ugly Duckling,
but I didn't have to wait too long to turn into a swan.
The magic for me happened almost immediately and since that day,
I stayed a swan.
Hey, I should be the Swan Princess since most of the people
that I know call me princess already <333
Actually, I have been called many things by my good friends :P
