The Story Of Sir Colton
"This is the story of great sadness, betrayal, truth, trust, and the pursuit of justice.
This is what happened to Sir Colton during an otherwise eventless journey between great cities."
"Each month Sir Colton journies to the great cities of the realm in search of warriors, pure in heart
and mind to join him in defending those who cannot defend themselves. He has made many friends
in his travels over the years. He always made a point to stop off at this special very tiny village well
hidden in the forest. These are quiet people, living their lives simply, they are pure of heart and kind
to all strangers. During his return journey from the great cities, he made his usual stop over in this tiny
village. As he approached he could feel something was wrong, very wrong. The air hung heavy with
the smell of smoke and death. The tiny village was ragaved by a vicious gang of marauders. What they
didn't burn to the ground, they destroyed. Men lay dead where they fought to defend their families.
Women and children, Sir Colton hoped had escaped into the forest."

Hello Beautiful World!
It is rare that I come upon great people from my very early years in Second Life. Just moments ago
as I was at the Tai Chi circle in Tempura Island I noticed a name in the list of the people present and
it immediately rang a bell. I couldn't remember where, but I was certain that I knew who this person was.
Was this an old friend or an acquaintance?
Where did I know this name from?
And as soon as I opened his profile, I knew exactly who he was!
It was Sir Colton Drechsler!
A white knight in all shining armor, a member of the White Knights in Second Life.
Yes, he was someone I knew well from the past. I had the honor of blogging for years for his
beautiful wife Bee Dumpling, owner and designer of The White Armory Apparel.
Their love story is a very beautiful one. One that transcends from the fantasy world and into
the real one where it continues to grow...

But let's not wait any longer to continue with his story, which is what you read at the beginning

He walked slowly through the destruction, in shock and despair at how such a thing
could happen to such good people when he heard a faint call... He stopped and listened,
he heard the call again, an old woman's voice from under the remains of a small hut.
When he managed to get to the old woman she was near death. Sir Colton nursed her as best
he knew how. Trying to make her last hours as comfortable as possible for her. During this time
the old woman whispered a story to him, the story of the Sword of Justice, what he thought
was just an old legend of a great sword. So great a sword with such power it could only be a tale
told to children. For something so great has never been seen. She told Sir Colton, this sword was
to be wielded only by those whose heart was truly pure and strong. For should this Sword Of Justice
fall into the hands of evil, such power would bring such incredible destruction into the world
it could be the end of all things.

He comforted her for hours. When she finished telling Sir Colton about the sword,
she said she told him all this for a reason. She was to pass the Sword of Justice to him as her final
living act. This she explained, was now his responsibility to go forth into the world protecting
as he always has, those who cannot defend themselves. With her final breath, the old woman told him
to get the sword from under her bed, where it laid in a very heavy wooden box. When he leaned over,
pulled the box from under the rubble that was once her bed, and opened it, the old woman smiled
at Sir Colton and died.
From that day forth, Sir Colton and the Sword of Justice protect all whose hearts are pure.
