EXPLORING SL: St. Nick's Town (Part Two)

This is part two of my trip to The North Pole Sleigh-Ride
Adventure. I had so much fun showing you the mountain and its
surroundings and now it is time to make our way into Saint Nick's
Town.

The roadway into town was filled with many wonderful surprises
and the amazing winter scenery was breathtaking. Once I finally
made my way to the town entrance, I knew I was in for a pleasant
stay.

Santa's town consists of four main buildings
and one that is a bit hidden from the visitor's view.

Our first visit is to Saint Nick's Lodge

Where you can sit in front of a big fireplace
to warm-up after the long walk down the mountain.

There are red Santa Candy sofas for your convenience.

At the other side of the lodge, a large variety of food, desserts, and beverages can be enjoyed.
There is so much to choose from like roast turkey, ham,
pumpkin or apple pie, chocolate chip cookies, donuts, hot chocolate,
an espresso machine and red or Chardonnay wine.

Our next stop, Saint Nick's Shop

There you will find a big selection of great gift ideas for your family and friends.
"Look Grubby, what you just bought for me! I got this cute Huggable Penguin. (L$75)

Next on our list is Santa's Workshop.

Santa's milk and cookies have been placed on a small table
located right at the entrance, mmmm, very tempting! :P

Santa's elves busy at work and
Spending some time with Santa talking about the weather.

Next to Santa's workshop, you will find the reindeer stable.
An elf looks after Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet,
Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolf.

Kissing Rudolf's shiny nose.

Oh Dancer, I love your name <3

A Christmas Cottage

This is the only building that is not located in the center squared in town.
You will have to walk a little into the woods to find it.
A cozy and more private place can be enjoyed in this cottage away from the busy town.

The Chapel

This was my favorite building from the town.

The Nativity Scene

A beautiful reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.

I loved this chapel so much
that Cheo said he will build one just like it for me.

Now that we have finished visiting this town's beautiful buildings,
allow me to show you a great highlight of this beautiful town...

St. Nick's Ice Skating Rink

You can get ice skates and a Santa hat free from Sylvie Sideways.
There will be a live performance by Karyn Raleigh, tonight,
December 11 at 6 p.m. SLT.

So if you decide to visit and explore this beautiful place by foot...

... or take a horse sleigh-ride,
you'll be in for a wonderful time for the holiday's spirit is very well alive in this beautiful town.
And please don't forget to leave a generous donation on your way out.

Happy Holidays <333
