The Enchantment Event this time is bringing Snow White as it's theme. I think it's marvelous as I always loved Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs story. I cannot forget when I was a child and I went to the cinema to see for the first time the Disney's Snow White movie. The movie was originally made in 1937, so it was on the cinema again in 1987 to celebrate the 50 years of it. I was literally enchanted!! I loved all the characters and how beautiful Snow White was! I remember that I asked my mother why I wasn't born with black hair (I wanted to have that gorgeous Snow White's black hair, and my mother had it). Originally, Snow White is a German tale that was adapted by the Brothers Grimm, and much later Disney made his version of it. This Disney's version was one of the inspirations for the later so nice Japanese anime. Snow White has many different versions in many different countries, but all lovely! ^_^ As Snow White is one of my favorite princess, of course I could not loose this event. Yes, I am a cureless romantic! The Enchantment goes until the end of November, and shows beautiful things related to Snow White tale. The sponsors really did a great work showing different interpretations of the tale that you can perceive on their stuff. So don't loose and enjoy it! |
