actually, zero New Year's resolutions for me.
It is not that my life is so perfect but seriously,
what is the point if I know that I will just give up on them after a month or two.
I rather go day by day and try not to do what I'm not supposed to do, and do, what I am supposed to.
Living day by day and setting daily resolutions sounds more doable to me.
It saves me the feeling of failure when I can't deliver
and gives me a great sense of accomplishment for even the smallest improvement I did for the day.

Exercise: ✓
