Hello Beautiful World!
Today my beautiful mother celebrates another birthday in heaven accompanied by her mother and son
among all the other angels. I too carry a celebration for her in my heart. I celebrate the honor of having
her as a mother and father since she had to take both roles in my life. I celebrate the exceptional and
beautiful woman that she was on this earth. Her joy for life, her love for all, and her strength exemplify
who my mother was. Her beautiful presence where she got to touch so many lives and make a
difference is one of the greatest inspirations she left behind for me to follow.
It is very hard for me to visit her grave since she passed away.
But there is not a day that I don't plant a flower for her in my heart and water it with my tears.
Tears of joy and sadness.
Today, I celebrate my mother.
The pillar in my life that gave me strength. The roots of my existence. The force that taught
me to stand strong during the storm. The joy that taught me that no matter what, there are always
beautiful reasons to keep smiling. The perseverance that taught me to never look back
to what has hurt me because all wounds will heal, but to look ahead, confident and strong,
happy and hopeful.
