Bound To Drift a While

EXPLORING SECOND LIFE

"Out here it's just you, me, and the bayou.
The rest of the world can wonder, but your story's your own 'til you decide to share it."
I look out over the dark water, thinking of how many secrets it's held onto for me.
"That's the beauty of this place. Whatever happens here, the bayou won't ever tell . . .
and neither will I.”"
― Chelley St. Clair

Hello Beautiful World!
Happy Monday everyone! I think we need a positive quote to start the new week on a good note. ;)
How about this one?...

“Don't be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

So yesterday I spent a few hours exploring and taking all these pictures to share
with you of a beautiful location that many of you might already know. But for those that don't, I
really hope you pay it a visit because I am sure you going to love it just as much as I did.
Also, just a little reminder my beautifuls, if you can, please show some Linden love during your visit.
All donations big and small will be so much appreciated. ;) I should also mention before we continue
that Mr Kitty is the owner of this beautiful location.

Welcome!
This is Bayou Chat Noir (Moderate)

Sim Description
Welcome to Bayou Chat Noir, modeled after French Louisiana in the early 1900s.
Visit the town, shops, galleries, and paths around the bayou. Take a row boat from the rezzer at the north
dock behind the town, and explore the waterways.
This is also a residential sim. Please respect residents' privacy.
Thank you for visiting!

I enjoyed my time so much at the bayou that I seriously estimate at least three hours dedicated to
exploring the land. I wanted to see it all and not miss a thing. I did have a few encounters
with snakes and alligators, ghosts, etc.

I took the liberty of photographing some of the residential buildings, without breaking any enterings, of course,
because I found them so beautifully decorated, like little pieces of art scattered all over the land.
They really add color to the heavily wooded surroundings and gator-infested waters.

While I loved the residential homes there are many other places to see and enjoy during your visit,
like boat and tube rides. What about a swimming hole? Anyone interested?
Me, me! Not really sure what it is but I am guessing it is a.... ummm, a hole where you can swim...
Omg, I am so smart! :P Now I got to go back and find that hole and... swim in it. :P
However, nudity is not permitted, dang it! Just kidding my beautifuls, remember that is Steppenwolf
who is secretly the nudist... shhhh... I think he is... shhh... but not really sure... but I think he is...

OMG baby, I am joking, don't get mad, it was just a joke.
Come back, come back baby!
No one here thinks you are a nudist, right? (winks) :P

So anyway, I already did enough damage here.
My Steppenwolf ran away mad because I called him a nudist. :P
I leave you now with this interesting YouTube video about Louisiana. Thanks for stopping by
and hope you all have an amazing Monday, really looking forward to all the great things that await me
this new week. And remember, don't forget to click the small pictures, they don't bite, they only
get bigger because in the end, size DOES matter. :P

Til next time, continue to spread kindness wherever you go.
Much love,
Lori Novo

OMG BABYYY, COME BACK!!!
