To me "I want to hear the scream of the butterfly" means stepping out of my comfort zone and breaking free from all those fears that have limited me in doing what I want to do. It means having a voice that is loud and clear, a voice that can be heard by many. It means letting people see my strength and not be underestimated for how fragile I may look. 
It's living life to its fullest before I die.

This is my favorite song from The Doors and as most songs, I like to listen to it with my eyes closed and as loud as my children let me play my music ;)  I remember when I saw the film The Doors for the first time. I had to leave the room because its content was pretty intense for me. Later in life , I discovered what an amazing performer Jim Morrison was and the beauty of his song lyrics.

Another thing... I don't just close my eyes to listen to this song... I dance to it like a butterfly ;)
